wrong recognition/translation of "item delivered" status. Therefore Item Tracking auto-stops even though its not finished!
Just to inform you of a bug in your system... the item you can see in the "stopped" tab which is supposedly delivered, is actually only at the target delivery base yet, and not, how your service is interpreting it, delivered.
this is the step BEFORE the delivery and tracking should not stop at this point.
Also there seems to be no way to get the Parcel back to the active shipment area.
